Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize the steelmaking production process to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze raw material specifications and production data to implement process improvements.
- Monitor equipment performance and perform preventive maintenance planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental standards, and ISO quality management systems.
- Conduct failure analysis on steel products and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to introduce advanced metallurgical technologies.
- Train junior engineers and technicians on technical standards and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in steelmaking or heavy manufacturing industries.
- In-depth knowledge of steel production processes (e.g., Blast Furnace, Basic Oxygen Furnace, Continuous Casting).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in using industrial software, CAD tools, and data analysis applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in a plant environment and adhere to shift schedules if required.
