The City Government of Angeles is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Metro Aide II to join our team in the Ilocos Region. This role is critical to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational standards of our public spaces and urban infrastructure. As a Metro Aide II, you will be on the front lines of our urban maintenance efforts. You will be responsible for executing essential tasks that keep our city streets, parks, and public facilities in excellent condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, and maintenance of assigned public areas and streets.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste in compliance with city environmental protocols.
- Assist in minor repairs and upkeep of public property, including signage, benches, and urban greenery.
- Report damaged infrastructure, safety hazards, or sanitation concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Operate light maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain records of daily maintenance activities and report completion of tasks.
- Support community-wide clean-up drives and special public events as directed.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in janitorial, construction, or maintenance work is an advantage.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively with a team.
- Strong commitment to public service and community welfare.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and environmental sanitation standards.
- Residency within or near the Ilocos Region is preferred.
