In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance process, ensuring that our FOUP (Front Opening Unified Pod) products meet the most stringent global standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust metrology processes for FOUP product qualification and manufacturing support.
- Perform regular calibration and verification of measurement equipment to ensure adherence to ISO and internal quality standards.
- Analyze measurement data to identify trends, root causes of variances, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D and Production to integrate new measurement technologies.
- Conduct Gauge R&R studies and measurement system analysis (MSA) to ensure high data integrity.
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing throughput and reducing manufacturing waste.
- Draft and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment maintenance logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a semiconductor or high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in utilizing metrology tools such as CMM, optical comparators, laser scanners, or similar precision measurement instruments.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, or Excel advanced functions).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on precision and technical accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
