Join Shopee's dynamic Operations team as an MFM Transport Coordinator, where you'll be pivotal in optimizing our end-to-end logistics processes. This role involves ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to guarantee timely and efficient movement of goods across Singapore. You'll leverage data-driven insights to enhance transportation workflows, resolve logistical bottlenecks, and maintain exceptional service standards that directly impact customer satisfaction. In this fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, inventory, and customer service teams to implement innovative logistics solutions while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily transport operations including pickup scheduling, route optimization, and delivery tracking
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve transit delays or exceptions
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, waybills, and regulatory permits)
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Liaise with freight forwarders and 3PL providers to maintain service level agreements
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and weather-related challenges
- Maintain real-time visibility of inventory in transit through ERP systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in logistics software (WMS/TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Singaporean customs regulations and cross-border shipping
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP) is advantageous
