Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily truck deployment plans to ensure 100% coverage of scheduled routes.
- Conduct real-time monitoring of fleet movement using GPS tracking and internal management systems.
- Coordinate directly with drivers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to resolve on-road issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle arrival and departure times (ATAs and ATDs) at the Pulilan hub.
- Analyze transport data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for route optimization.
- Ensure all transport partners adhere to safety protocols and Shopee’s operational standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to synchronize loading schedules with truck arrivals.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for the Operations Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in transport coordination, dispatching, or logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and fleet management software.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog to effectively manage driver relations.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Pulilan, Bulacan.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for operational details.
