Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end transport operations, including fleet direction and deployment for SPX Express.
- Monitor daily transport execution to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal efficiency standards.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce transit times and operational costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of drivers and logistics coordinators to maintain high morale and operational productivity.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sorting center management to synchronize inbound and outbound movements.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, maintenance schedules, and regulatory transport requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on transport performance, fuel consumption, and asset utilization for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transport management, logistics operations, or fleet management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management software.
- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams within a high-volume logistics or e-commerce environment.
- In-depth knowledge of North Metro Manila geography and logistics routing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the demands of a 24/7 logistics operation.
