Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and interactive mathematics lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and exams.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages participation.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to improve teaching strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate with parents regarding academic performance.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker or near-native proficiency (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (PGMI/S1 Pendidikan) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience teaching Mathematics to school-aged children.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for cultural exchange.
- Ability to adapt to a new cultural environment and work in a team.
