Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in cold storage environments
- Ensure safe loading/unloading of temperature-sensitive goods while maintaining cold chain integrity
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems following FIFO protocols
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for refrigerated warehouse operations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document handling activities and inventory movements accurately
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Valid forklift operator license with cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in refrigerated environments (0-4°C) for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and operate equipment continuously
- Basic computer skills for inventory documentation systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
