Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming patient inquiries via phone regarding IVF procedures, appointments, and services
- Provide accurate information about treatment protocols, financing options, and clinic facilities
- Maintain detailed patient records in our CRM system with precise data entry
- Coordinate scheduling for consultations and medical procedures across departments
- Resolve patient concerns promptly by collaborating with medical and administrative teams
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely completion of patient onboarding
- Adhere to HIPAA-compliant confidentiality standards in all communications
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Empathetic demeanor and ability to handle sensitive conversations
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic medical terminology knowledge is advantageous
