Qualcomm is seeking a highly skilled Microacoustics Lithography Process Development Engineer to join our elite engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of innovating micro-scale fabrication processes that drive the next generation of filter technologies and acoustic devices.
As part of our global engineering organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust lithography solutions for advanced BAW (Bulk Acoustic Wave) and SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) filters. We are looking for an expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of thin-film processing and precision photolithography. You will be responsible for translating complex design requirements into high-yielding manufacturing processes, ensuring Qualcomm continues to lead the market in wireless technology integration.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, optimize, and document advanced lithography processes for microacoustic device fabrication.
- Lead process characterization and troubleshooting to improve yield, cycle time, and manufacturing stability.
- Collaborate with Design and Integration teams to define process margins and design rules for new technology nodes.
- Manage technical projects related to new tool sets, materials, and process upgrades within the cleanroom environment.
- Perform detailed data analysis using SPC and DOE methodology to drive continuous improvement.
- Support high-volume manufacturing (HVM) readiness through process transfer and training.
- Coordinate with vendors to evaluate and implement next-generation lithography hardware and photoresist materials.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or Materials Science.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor lithography, specifically within an R&D or volume production environment.
- Deep expertise in photolithography equipment (steppers/scanners) and coating/development tracks.
- Proven experience with microacoustic devices (BAW/SAW) is highly preferred.
- Strong background in thin-film deposition, etching processes, and material science.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab for process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical challenges to cross-functional global teams.
