Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned monthly loan volume targets.
- Conduct field visits to prospective and existing clients to evaluate loan eligibility and business viability.
- Prepare comprehensive credit investigation and loan application reports for management review.
- Monitor loan repayments and implement collection strategies to ensure a healthy portfolio quality.
- Provide exceptional financial advisory services to micro-entrepreneurs within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with local business communities to identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with branch operations to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, credit, or microfinance operations.
- Strong knowledge of local markets within Baguio City and nearby areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to conduct regular field work and travel within the assigned region.
- Goal-oriented with a strong ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
