- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with microfinance clients and institutions
- Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments and financial consultations
- Manage end-to-end account lifecycle from onboarding to relationship maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on partnership metrics and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on microfinance regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in sales or account management (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
