Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily manufacturing operations of the F10 probe card production line to ensure high yield and efficiency.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration to minimize downtime and ensure consistent product quality.
- Analyze process data and yield trends to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance manufacturing processes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve probe card performance.
- Monitor production metrics, prepare detailed reports, and communicate performance insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically in probe card fabrication or similar high-precision assembly.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor process flows, yield management, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and software for data interpretation and process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
