Are you a seasoned Collaboration Engineer looking to make a significant impact? Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Engineer to spearhead a mission-critical project. In this role, you will lead the strategic redesign and complex migration of a decoupled Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online environment.
You will be the primary technical authority, ensuring that our collaboration ecosystem is not only functional but optimized for security, performance, and seamless user experience. This is a high-visibility position that requires deep expertise in M365 governance, tenant-to-tenant migration strategies, and cloud infrastructure best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full-lifecycle migration of a decoupled Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online environment.
- Architect and implement robust M365 governance policies, security configurations, and compliance settings.
- Develop and execute migration strategies for data, permissions, and service configurations with minimal business disruption.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for M365 collaboration tools and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies and deploy automated solutions using Power Platform.
- Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical procedures for IT operations.
- Monitor and optimize environment performance, scalability, and security posture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience specializing in Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise-level collaboration platforms.
- Proven track record of managing and migrating large-scale SharePoint Online and MS Teams environments.
- In-depth knowledge of M365 security & compliance, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Strong understanding of network connectivity, DNS, and identity management as they relate to cloud services.
- Relevant certifications such as MS-700 (Teams Administrator) or MS-300/301 (Microsoft 365 Collaboration) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
