Are you a technical expert looking to drive digital transformation? ISS STOXX is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to lead our modern workplace initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless collaboration and robust security for our global teams.
You will act as the primary technical authority for Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing industry best practices. If you are passionate about cloud technologies and want to make a tangible impact on how we work, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 tenant, including user provisioning, group management, and comprehensive security policies.
- Configure and maintain Exchange Online, ensuring high availability, email archiving, and strict security standards.
- Optimize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online to enhance internal communication and streamline document management workflows.
- Implement and enforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding M365 applications and integration issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud migration projects and software upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and IT support.
- Certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for routine maintenance tasks.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, Active Directory, and cloud security compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
