Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
- Lead migrations and modernization projects for enterprise clients
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
- Develop automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and security best practices
- Document configurations, processes, and knowledge base articles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration
- Expertise in Azure AD, Intune, and conditional access policies
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Administrator Associate preferred
- Experience with hybrid environments and on-premises Exchange
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
