Tanggung Jawab
- Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) ERP system
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications
- Develop and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integrations
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues efficiently
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user training materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and improve system performance
- Monitor system health, security, and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision
- Proficiency in AL programming language and Visual Studio Code
- Strong understanding of ERP modules including finance, supply chain, and inventory management
- Experience with API integrations and web services (REST, SOAP)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous
