Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM framework.
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflow activities, and web resources using C# and JavaScript.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and internal systems using Azure Integration Services and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical documentation including architectural designs and ERDs.
- Perform system configuration, including entity customization, form creation, and security role management.
- Debug and resolve technical issues within the production and sandbox environments.
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers to ensure high-quality delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Familiarity with SQL Server, FetchXML, and OData for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 deployments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are highly preferred.
