- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities within Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems
- Design, implement, and test customized solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop comprehensive training materials and provide end-user support for Dynamics modules
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements
- Collaborate with IT and department teams to align technology with business objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Super User (Finance & Operations or CRM)
- Proven expertise in business process analysis and system implementation
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, transport, or logistics operations
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., MB-900, MB-310) is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and training skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
