Join Alphaeus Pte. Ltd. as a Microsoft Security Hypercare Engineer and play a pivotal role in safeguarding enterprise environments. This specialized contract position requires you to deliver advanced L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft Defender and Purview, ensuring robust security operations across organizational infrastructures. You will lead incident response efforts, stabilize critical security events, and facilitate knowledge transfer during post-migration phases. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft Defender and Purview security solutions
- Lead incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and resolution of security threats
- Stabilize security events through rapid troubleshooting and corrective action implementation
- Conduct comprehensive knowledge transfer sessions post-migration to ensure operational continuity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security monitoring and detection capabilities
- Document incident response procedures, security protocols, and technical solutions
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft security threats and mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Defender and Purview support (L2/L3 level)
- Proven expertise in incident response, threat hunting, and security event stabilization
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security architecture and cloud security principles
- Certifications such as Microsoft Security Administrator (SC-900) or Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to perform under pressure during security incidents
- Experience with knowledge transfer methodologies and technical documentation
