Elevate Philippines Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Microsoft Solutions Manager to lead our solutions practice. Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, this full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary between ₱120,000 and ₱150,000, along with the chance to work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies in a collaborative environment.
As the Microsoft Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for our Microsoft solutions portfolio. You will lead a team of talented consultants, overseeing the delivery of projects involving Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft platforms. Your role will encompass client relationship management, pre-sales support, and driving innovation. You will ensure that our solutions are aligned with industry best practices and deliver measurable value to our clients. Additionally, you will stay abreast of the ever-evolving Microsoft ecosystem, proactively recommending new offerings and improvements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Microsoft solutions strategy aligned with client goals and company objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, consultants, and technical project managers.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, design, implementation, and support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their Microsoft technology needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposals and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft products, features, and best practices, and ensure team adoption.
- Manage vendor partnerships and negotiate contracts to optimize value.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
- Proven track record in managing technical teams and delivering complex solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple priorities.
