Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases for optimal performance and scalability
- Optimize database queries, indexes, and stored procedures to enhance system efficiency
- Monitor database health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure database solutions align with business requirements
- Develop and maintain database documentation including data models, procedures, and architecture diagrams
- Implement security protocols, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans
- Stay current with SQL Server technologies and recommend improvements to database infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience as SQL Server Development DBA with hands-on database development
- Expertise in T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and advanced SQL Server features
- Strong knowledge of database performance optimization and query tuning techniques
- Experience with database backup, recovery, and high availability solutions
- Familiarity with database monitoring tools and performance diagnostic methodologies
- Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Associate or equivalent preferred
