Are you a cloud-focused professional passionate about building resilient Microsoft ecosystems? We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Technologies Engineer to join our team in Davao. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our clients' technical operations, focusing on Azure infrastructure, M365 collaboration suites, and enterprise endpoint management.
You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and securing cloud environments that empower businesses to operate at scale. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud resources, including VMs, storage, and networking.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 tenants, focusing on Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams administration.
- Implement and enforce robust Endpoint Management policies using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Proactively monitor system health and security, addressing vulnerabilities and configuration drift.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalated issues related to Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD (Entra ID).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for infrastructure deployments and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to migrate on-premises workloads to hybrid or full cloud environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering with a heavy focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Proven expertise in managing Microsoft Azure environments and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, security, and compliance features.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for mobile and desktop device management.
- Deep understanding of PowerShell scripting for task automation and system administration.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Modern Desktop Administrator are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
