Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade the MicroStrategy Intelligence Server and Web environments.
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning to ensure high availability.
- Oversee user administration, security profiles, and access control lists (ACLs).
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex ETL/Data Warehouse integration issues within the BI framework.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with data architects to optimize schema objects, report performance, and dashboard delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to power users and report developers across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a MicroStrategy Administrator or lead BI developer.
- Proven expertise in MicroStrategy 10.x, 11.x, or MicroStrategy ONE architecture and object management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with enterprise data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or Oracle).
- In-depth knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and their impact on BI platform performance.
- Solid understanding of BI best practices, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
