In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, maintenance, and optimization of our MicroStrategy environment to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This position offers a hybrid work setup, providing the perfect balance between collaborative office days and remote flexibility. You will work on a US shift schedule, collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver robust BI solutions that empower our business units.
Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and maintain the MicroStrategy BI platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
- Design, develop, and deploy complex dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and security configuration of the MicroStrategy environment.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize SQL queries and data models for reporting efficiency.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term technical solutions.
- Monitor server performance and manage platform resources effectively to meet user demand.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for BI architecture and user guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a MicroStrategy Developer or Platform Administrator.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake).
- Experience in managing MicroStrategy metadata, object managers, and command manager.
- Strong understanding of BI best practices, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a hybrid environment under US business hours.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
