Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and cubes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL and data extraction tools
- Optimize BI systems for performance, scalability, and data integrity
- Train end-users on MicroStrategy tools and best practices
- Document BI architecture, processes, and technical specifications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of MicroStrategy development experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Experience with data modeling and dimensional design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of delivering BI projects on time
