Tanggung Jawab
- Provide tier-2 technical support for enterprise applications, diagnosing and resolving complex issues efficiently
- Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot application defects and implement improvements
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including incident reports and solution guides
- Train end-users on application functionality and best practices
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and deployment projects
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in application support or system administration
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting web-based and enterprise applications
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API integration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and incident management processes
