ConnectOS is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust automated testing strategies that ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
As a Mid-Level Automation Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber to build scalable test frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, reducing manual testing efforts and accelerating time-to-market. We are looking for a proactive problem solver with a strong desire to build and refine automation skills in a fast-paced agile environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber.
- Execute automated regression and smoke tests across various web and mobile environments to ensure software stability.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing and feedback loops.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria based on requirements.
- Maintain and update existing test repositories to align with changing application features and technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in Software Testing and Automation Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of WebdriverIO, Selenium WebDriver, or Playwright automation frameworks.
- Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber and Gherkin syntax.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira, Zephyr, or Bugzilla.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
