Tanggung Jawab
- Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases based on functional requirements.
- Perform thorough API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI to ensure seamless backend integration.
- Execute complex SQL queries to perform data validation, backend testing, and verify data integrity across databases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira or similar bug-tracking tools through to resolution.
- Conduct regression testing, smoke testing, and exploratory testing for every production release.
- Collaborate closely with Developers and Product Managers to clarify requirements and provide feedback on design specifications.
- Participate in Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings within an Agile environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least three to four (3-4) years of professional experience in Manual Quality Assurance and software testing.
- Proven expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP) and hands-on experience with tools like Postman.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and backend validation (joins, subqueries, and data manipulation).
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively report bugs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
