As a Mid-Level QA / Testing Automation Engineer, you'll design and implement robust automated testing frameworks that ensure product excellence in our fast-paced environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing early in the SDLC, reducing defects while accelerating delivery cycles. You'll leverage cutting-edge tools to enhance test coverage, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and drive continuous quality improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
- Implement performance and regression testing strategies for web and mobile applications
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with developers to implement test-driven development (TDD) practices
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA or equivalent tools
- Optimize test coverage and reduce execution time through framework enhancements
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and propose preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers on automation best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing and automation
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (Selenium, Postman, Appium)
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and database validation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect lifecycle management
- Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
