Tanggung Jawab
- Design & Development: Architect and implement full-stack web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Client Communication: Serve as a technical bridge for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack development.
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) and professional proficiency in English.
- Frontend: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong understanding of Node.js, Python, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud).
