Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads, qualifying them against our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and budget.
  • Schedule and set high-quality product demonstrations and introductory meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve lead scoring models.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and created pipeline value.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Vase.ai product updates to add value to prospect conversations.

Kualifikasi

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently hitting or exceeding quota and activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings set).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify key decision-makers and business challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred) and sales engagement tools.
  • Highly resilient and capable of handling rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Self-starter with exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Bonus: Experience selling into the market research, insights, or advertising agency space.
