Are you a culinary artist with a passion for authentic Middle Eastern flavors? Arabian Knight Restaurant, a premier dining destination in the heart of Ubud, Bali, is seeking a talented and high-energy Arabian Chef to join our kitchen brigade. We are looking for a dedicated professional who understands the soul of Levantine and Arabian cuisine and can deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen, responsible for crafting traditional recipes with a modern touch. If you possess a deep knowledge of spices, grilling techniques, and the art of mezze, we want to hear from you. Join our team and bring the rich culinary heritage of the Middle East to the vibrant food scene of Ubud.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and execute authentic Middle Eastern dishes (including kebabs, shawarma, hummus, and signature rice dishes) according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain high speed and efficiency during peak service hours without compromising on flavor or presentation.
  • Ensure the highest levels of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation protocols are followed at all times.
  • Manage inventory levels and oversee ingredient freshness, minimizing food waste.
  • Develop and refine seasonal menu items and specials that reflect authentic Arabian traditions.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to strict company recipes for consistent quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or Arabian cuisine.
  • Deep understanding of Middle Eastern spices, marinades, and traditional cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
  • Strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong sense of teamwork and positive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required.
