GMP Group is seeking a dedicated Middleware Engineer to join a premier financial institution in Singapore's West Region. This is a 1-year contract role offering the perfect opportunity to work with large-scale regional infrastructure while sharpening your expertise in workload automation and messaging systems.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining Control-M and IBM MQ platforms, ensuring seamless integration and high availability for mission-critical banking operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and maintain IBM MQ messaging environments and Control-M scheduling platforms.
- Design and implement automation scripts to streamline middleware operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure 24/7 stability and high availability of regional banking applications through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application development teams to troubleshoot integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes following strict change management procedures.
- Develop and document operational procedures, runbooks, and disaster recovery plans for middleware systems.
- Optimize job scheduling workflows to improve processing efficiency and throughput.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in middleware administration, specifically with Control-M and IBM MQ.
- Strong background in UNIX/Linux server environments and shell scripting (Bash, Python).
- Proven track record of working within the banking or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of enterprise batch scheduling and messaging protocols in a high-security environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex system integrations and incident management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
