Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design high-impact visual assets for Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Execute digital design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign objectives into effective visual storytelling.
- Analyze creative performance metrics and iterate designs to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of social media design trends and platform-specific formatting requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Develop motion graphics and short-form video assets to enhance ad engagement.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on digital and social media.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in performance-based ad creatives.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Solid understanding of layout principles, typography, and color theory for digital screens.
- Experience with motion design or video editing is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and openness to constructive creative feedback.
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
