Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day electrical operations of the mill to ensure uninterrupted production cycles.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on power distribution, motors, and control panels.
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical faults promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize energy efficiency and integrate new electrical equipment.
- Supervise mill technicians and junior staff, providing technical guidance and performance monitoring.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and safety documentation in compliance with company protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety (K3) standards and electrical safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (D3/D4) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an industrial mill environment, preferably in the palm oil sector.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems, and industrial automation controls.
- Ability to interpret complex electrical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage small to medium-sized technical teams.
- Willingness to be stationed in Sumatera Utara.
