Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize mill operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
- Prepare and analyze technical reports on mill performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff as needed
- Stay updated with industry advancements and implement best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mill operations or industrial manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mill processes, machinery, and equipment
- Proficiency in engineering software and technical analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Certification in mill operations or related field is a plus
