Join Jernih Kemboja Sdn Bhd as a Mill Engineer in Segamat, Johor, and drive operational excellence in our palm oil processing facility. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership to ensure mill efficiency, safety compliance, and sustainable production practices. You'll be instrumental in optimizing processing workflows, implementing cost-saving measures, and maintaining critical machinery to meet industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily mill operations including sterilizers, presses, and clarification systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mill machinery
- Analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities in extraction rates
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and Malaysian palm oil industry standards
- Lead troubleshooting sessions for mechanical and process-related issues
- Coordinate with quality control teams on oil quality parameters
- Train mill operators on safe equipment operation and procedures
- Prepare technical reports for management on mill performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in palm oil mill operations
- Certification in industrial safety management (e.g., OSHA) preferred
- Proficiency in mill process optimization techniques
- Strong understanding of palm oil extraction technology
- Experience with SCADA systems and mill automation
- Valid Malaysian Engineer's Board registration (if applicable)
- Knowledge of sustainable palm oil production standards
