We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Mill Head to oversee the daily operations of our wood manufacturing plant located in the heart of Jawa Tengah. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating all facets of the plant's performance to ensure seamless production flow.
As the Mill Head, you will act as the primary point of contact for the plant's core functions, including PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control), Production, QA (Quality Assurance), and General Affairs. You will drive operational excellence by optimizing production schedules, managing raw material inventory, and ensuring that all wood products meet rigorous quality standards. We are looking for a results-oriented leader who can mentor teams, enforce safety protocols, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-day operations of the wood manufacturing plant, ensuring production schedules are met and targets are exceeded.
- Lead and manage the PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) department to ensure optimal material flow and inventory levels.
- Implement and maintain rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) protocols to ensure wood products meet strict industry standards.
- Direct General Affairs activities, including facility maintenance, safety compliance, and administrative support.
- Develop and monitor operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Foster a safe work environment by enforcing strict safety regulations and conducting regular training.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term growth strategies for the plant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the wood processing or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of PPIC, production processes, and quality control systems.
- Proven leadership experience in coordinating multiple departments (Production, QA, GA).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight production deadlines.
