Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily mill operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently
- Manage and supervise mill operation and maintenance personnel
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Optimize mill processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring budget adherence
- Enforce good working morale and cooperation among mill personnel
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mill operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of mill machinery, processes, and maintenance procedures
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make operational decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using mill management software and operational monitoring tools
