Join GAMA Foods, one of the top 3 poultry integrators in the Philippines. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mill Operator to join our production team in Cagayan de Oro. In this role, you will be instrumental in our mission to deliver high-quality chicken products that enhance the quality of life for families nationwide.
As a Mill Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our milling machinery, ensuring that production quotas are met while maintaining strict adherence to food safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial milling equipment to ensure optimal performance and production efficiency.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Accurately document production logs, including output volume, machine settings, and maintenance history.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety protocols at all times.
- Monitor raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet GAMA Foods' high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with the shift supervisor to manage workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company 5S standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma, Vocational course graduate, or equivalent; technical certification in machinery operations is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a milling, manufacturing, or food production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions.
- Physical capability to handle manual tasks and work in a fast-paced production setting.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety regulations.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
