We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
As a Mill Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our milling machinery operates efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for monitoring production lines, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining high standards of quality control. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor milling machinery and production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and minor maintenance of machinery to prevent downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor product quality and output levels to meet production targets and specifications.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical or Industrial Technology.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or milling environment is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and performing manual tasks.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts and adhere to work schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
