Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain milling equipment to optimize production efficiency
- Monitor machinery performance and conduct preventive maintenance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality specifications
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve production issues
- Train junior operators on equipment handling and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in mechanical operations
- 1-3 years experience in industrial milling or manufacturing
- Knowledge of machinery troubleshooting and basic mechanical principles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for data recording systems
