Join PT. Sasana Cipta Mulia as a Mill Process Engineer and drive operational excellence in our palm oil processing facilities. You'll conduct comprehensive reviews of PKS (Palm Oil Mill) and KCP (Process Control Point) operations to ensure standard parameters are consistently met. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying optimization opportunities to maximize yield and minimize production losses. This role requires analytical rigor and innovative problem-solving to enhance efficiency across all mill processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and maintain quality standards while contributing to sustainable production practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular process reviews of PKS and KCP operations to maintain parameter standards
- Analyze production data to identify yield improvement opportunities and loss reduction strategies
- Develop and implement process optimization recommendations
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational inefficiencies
- Document process changes and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with maintenance teams on equipment upgrades
- Train operational staff on new processes and standards
- Report performance metrics and improvement initiatives to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in palm oil mill operations or similar industrial processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data
- Knowledge of PKS and KCP operational parameters and standards
- Experience with process optimization methodologies
- Proficiency in process monitoring software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
