Tanggung Jawab
- Operate milling and lathe machines to produce precision components per engineering specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers)
- Adjust machine parameters (speeds, feeds, tooling) for different materials
- Document production activities and maintain accurate quality control records
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA-compliant procedures
- Collaborate with engineering team to troubleshoot machining issues
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with milling and lathe operations
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and geometric dimensioning
- Knowledge of various materials (aluminum, steel, alloys) and machining properties
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control methods
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for standing 8+ hours and handling heavy materials
