In this role, you will be at the forefront of production, utilizing state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers equipped with multi-pallet systems to deliver superior quality parts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain 5-axis CNC machining centers and multi-pallet systems to manufacture high-precision components.
- Interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Perform routine machine setup, tool changes, and adjustments to optimize production flow.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections using precision measuring equipment (CMM, micrometers, etc.).
- Monitor machine operations in real-time to identify and rectify any deviations or errors.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.
- Adhere to all workshop safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience operating 5-axis CNC machining centers.
- Experience with multi-pallet systems is highly preferred.
- Valid N1 or N2 machining certificate (or equivalent trade qualification).
- Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced production team.
