Are you a relationship builder with a passion for the palm oil industry? PT Pemasok Mitra Pembeli is seeking a proactive and strategic Mills Relationship Officer to join our team in Padang Lawas Utara. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our company and various Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) partners.
You will be responsible for fostering strong, mutually beneficial partnerships that ensure a seamless supply chain integration and sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of local mill operations, and the ability to represent our company with integrity and professionalism in the field.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, approach, and build strong professional relationships with Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) stakeholders in the region.
- Negotiate supply agreements and ensure alignment with company quality and quantity standards.
- Monitor and analyze mill operational performance to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
- Coordinate closely with internal logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth material integration.
- Resolve any operational conflicts or communication gaps between the company and mill partners.
- Prepare regular field reports regarding market trends, competitor activities, and supply forecasts.
- Participate in periodic site visits to maintain direct visibility and rapport with key mill management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the palm oil industry, specifically in supply chain or relationship management.
- Deep understanding of the PKS ecosystem and palm oil production processes.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and local context.
- Proven ability to work independently in the field and manage high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to conduct extensive field travel within the Padang Lawas Utara region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
