Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and compile operational data from mining equipment, geological surveys, and production records
- Analyze data trends to identify optimization opportunities in mining processes
- Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for stakeholders and management
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers and geologists to validate data accuracy
- Develop data models to predict operational outcomes and resource allocation needs
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mining data analysis or operational roles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or mining software)
- Strong understanding of mining operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
