Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive regulatory compliance framework for mining operations.
- Provide strategic legal counsel regarding Indonesian Mining Law (UU Pertambangan) and related environmental regulations.
- Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, service agreements, and joint venture documents.
- Manage relationships with governmental bodies, regulatory agencies, and industry stakeholders to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Conduct regular legal audits to identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Represent the company in legal matters, including permit acquisition and renewal processes.
- Advise management on corporate governance, labor laws, and land acquisition legalities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the mining, oil & gas, or natural resources sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian mineral and coal mining regulations (MODI/MOMS/RKAB processes).
- Proven track record in contract management and complex legal negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
- Certified Advocate (PERADI) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
