In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our large-scale mining operations. You will be responsible for translating geological resource data and operational parameters into strategic, actionable short-term and long-term mine plans. By evaluating production metrics and analyzing constraints, you will help ensure that our mining activities remain safe, efficient, cost-effective, and fully aligned with environmental regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, evaluate, and optimize short-term, medium-term, and long-term mine designs and sequences using industry-standard planning software.
- Analyze geological block models, geotechnical assessments, and topographical data to ensure safe and efficient extraction plans.
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly mine production performance against set targets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with on-site operations, geology, and survey teams to ensure seamless execution of the engineered mine plan.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses, equipment productivity evaluations, and waste dump optimization studies to maximize site operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive technical engineering reports, regulatory updates, and presentations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Mine Planner, Mine Plan Engineer, or Mine Plan Analyst, preferably in open-pit coal mining.
- Proficiency in specialized mining software such as Minescape, Surpac, Spry, Deswik, or XPAC.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of mining economics, equipment scheduling, and waste dump design.
- Possession of a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a site-based roster environment.
- Willingness to be based permanently or rostered at our site in Paser, Kalimantan Timur.
